A fantastic, high speed approach to snack time.

Ready in: 10 minutes
1 wholemeal pitta bread
50g/2oz Double Gloucester, grated
Handful of roasted red peppers
2 tbsp your preferred dressing or fruit chutney (We like Apricot!)
1. Cut the pitta in half and pop into the toaster or grill to warm through
2. Stuff the grated Double Gloucester and peppers into each pocket and place back into the toaster or grill until the cheese has melted.
3. Place a large dollop of fruit chutney onto your plate and grab a napkin
4. As the pepper will be very hot and juicy, cut the pitta to cool slightly then smother with chutney and enjoy.
