Sticky Toffee

We sometimes surprise ourselves with how clever we were with this delectable, mouthwatering, curious cheese. Sticky Toffee cheese will bring silence to a kids party, praise at a super supper and chit chat to a picnic. Sticky Toffee pudding is now a British favourite, first introduced to our island as an upper class dessert in hotels and restaurants. Every cook in the land was set the task of being able to recreate this wonder food and now it is enjoyed by all.
Edward the Explorer is the genius behind this curious combination, whilst hiking in Timbuktu he snacked on a piece of hard toffee, promptly followed by his cheese sandwiches and a light-bulb moment occurred! Following this serendipitous discovery, Peter mixed mild cheddar, toffee pieces, raisins, dates and toffee syrup to make this extraordinary cheese. A table top talking point for all occasions.
