Edward  ‘Eddie’

Edward ‘Eddie’

A college professor of cheese & cream archaeology, Edward has a vast knowledge and thirst for discovering new flavours, new ways to eat cream and he also collects cheese and cream antiques.
Eddie spends many months of the year visiting wondrous destinations and we can be thankful to him for discovering many of our cheeses. Many a dairy story has been noted in his dairy journal and we all wait in anticipation for his return to hear all about the next adventure. Eddie’s favourite cheese is Red Leicester, but his ultimate favourite is Clotted and Double Cream, served in any way it comes!
